Cesear Chavez Design Project update and the requests PVN has made to minimize increased traffic flow to NW Bernal.

Crime Update: Precita Park issues with homeless, large trash being dumped, and auto burglaries.

Even if people think the guy sleeping on the bench in front Park Bench and the lady that sits in the laundromat are friendly or not, they need to go.
