Big Fire at 26th and Valencia
A four-alarm fire happened this evening between Valencia, Poplar, 26th and 25th. Several buildings were destroyed, and many residents lost everything. The Chronicle now has a story up with more details. CBS 5 was the first to report it on their website, here's some video grabs from CBS 5's helicopter:

I have been watching this for almost 2 hours now, it is almost across the street from me. I think there were some injuries- as I saw people on 3 gernies being wheeled away.
