Chainsaws at 1:30am on Treat?!?!
Why was someone in a City of SF vehicle cutting up a fallen tree on the 1500 block of Treat at 1:30am on Monday morning?
I know there are a lot of fallen trees in the city right now, but really, chain saws at 1:30am in the morning?

haha... ya, I live right next to this & was laying in bed going "omg, is that a CHAINSAW!?" Your mind can only go to thinking some hick down the street drank too much whisky & got the brilliant idea to trim his toenails.
Sadly I don't think it needed to get cut down & hauled away either. I think it could have been propped back up & stabilized & been fine.
Part of me also thinks it may have been the handy work of my neighbor and their friends or something, considering they seem to be around & most productive after midnight.
