Tagging & Break-ins in the Alley between Folsom and Treat
The alley between Folsom and Treat (above Precita) has been the victim of some tagging recently. There has been a lot of construction happening in the alley; both from homes on Folsom and the large construction project on Ripley.
If you live adjacent to the alley, keep an eye out for taggers and other bums. We also heard about a homeless person breaking into one of the garages off the alley to sleep in; and some petty thefts happening from yards off the alley.
Captain Denis O'Leary assumed command
Captain Denis O'Leary assumed command of the Ingleside Police Station on Saturday, September 15, 2007. Captain Paul C. Chignell has been transferred to command the Taraval Police Station.
We'll miss Capt. Chignell!
