Officers Ernest Wilberg and Robin Odum responded to a report of four people drinking in public and being intoxicated. When they arrived, the subjects were getting into a car nearby. The officers stopped the subjects and arrested one from Hayward for being drunk and possessing suspected methamphetamine and cited two others, from Oakland and Daly City for possession of alcohol under age. Stepped up police enforcement on Bernal Hill July 4th
Ingleside police officers will be monitoring various areas of the
district during the July 4th evening due to fireworks danger, alcohol
consumption and loitering. Three high profile areas to be monitored are Mt.
Davidson, Bernal Hill and the open space area adjacent to Walter Haas
