01/01/07 2:58 am 1100 block of Bernal Heights Blvd, Arson of vehicle
01/02/07 1:04 am Harrison and Precita - Officers Melonee Alvarez and Shawn Phillips observed a vehicle with expired registration. They stopped the vehicle and found that the driver was on parole as well as on probation from San Mateo County. A subsequent investigation revealed a quantity of narcotics on his person, including methamphetamine and crack cocaine. The resident of Tomaso Court was arrested on narcotics and parole charges.
