Unregistered Vehicle Street Crackdown
Captain Paul C. Chignell asks: ``If you see a vehicle parked with registration of April 2006 or before, (vehicles can be towed when unregistered for six months), please give me a description of the vehicle and location. We will tow the vehicle UNLESS the owner has paid fees and is pending current registration. There are hundreds of unregistered vehicles in the Ingleside District---and you are our eyes and ears.``

Apparently, you should be calling 781-JUNK, as I just called the Ingleside number to report a crashed up car abandoned on our street and they told me that they couldn't dispatch from that number. So call 781-JUNK.
