Please don't shoot the solicitors
11/05/06 4:00 pm 1800 block of Alabama (Near Ripley)
Sgt. Tim Plyer, Officers Anthony LaRocca, Melonee Alvarez and Shawn Phillips went to the 1800 block of Alabama where a door to door solicitor became engaged in a verbal dispute with a property owner. The owner took out a revolver and pointed it at the solicitor. The owner was cited for brandishing a firearm. Case #061181487
